We accept returns, subject to applicable terms, and offer a 72 hour inspection period on gear. We do not offer exchanges. A returned item, if accepted, will be refunded less shipping and restocking fee if applicable. Feel free to order the correct item at your earliest convenience. We do not accept returns on components, fabrics, CAD pattern downloads, etc. Items returned to us with pet fur will be considered abandoned as we cannot resell items with pet fur as new.
*restocking fee covers items such as missing parts, missing hardware, documentation, product packaging, shipping boxes, etc. Thank you for making every effort to return items in new, saleable condition.
To initiate a return, email < rma AT wtfidea DOT com > with your order number within three days of receipt of product for an RMA number to return your item(s). Returns will not be accepted without an RMA number. We do not accept individual components of bundles for return. The entire bundle must be returned.
All component, fabric, hardware, hook, loop, webbing, etc sales are final, non refundable, and non exchangeable. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to count in, inspect, and verify that what was ordered was received. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure they are buying the correct items for their application. Many items look similar. It is entirely your responsibility to ensure you received what you ordered.
While we love our pets very much, not everybody has an appreciation for animal fur. We also like pleasant smells very much and, again, not everyone does. We too love a visit to flavor country with a long drag of that smooth Laramie tobacco but not everyone likes cigarette smoke. If you have pets in your home or smoke in your home or use heavily perfumed laundry detergents and/or heavily perfumed fabric softener sheets to mask the stank from pets or smoke in your home; please inspect items somewhere other than your home. We will not accept returned items with your home's stank or your pets' fur. We cannot resell parts with your pets' fur and/or home stank on them.
Refunds are typically processed the Monday following receipt of package.
If sent to us, the following shall be considered abandoned by the sender without expectation of refund or return-
